Awful. I came here only for a gel polish removal and the lady shaved my nail down so much they all kept cracking. And then gaslit me and told me it’s because my nails were too thin. Just absolutely abhorrent and I’m mad at myself for not reading the reviews beforehand because I was in a rush. I grew out my nails for two months just for one woman to ruin them

Do not even waste your money or time coming to this place. that $65 pedicure is a scam. and $35 additional to the $65 for gel polish??? mind you the pedicure I got said it included paraffin wax. Why do they only put a teaspoon of wax only on my heels???? I paid entirely too much to not get the service I paid for. Then I get home take off my shoes, and my polish came off with the socks and the plastic wrap they wrapped my toes in. this was yesterday. 2025 Chinese New Year I came to New York, USA for a trip. I passed by the 14th Street Union Square and came to play. I was tired and saw a nail salon going in to make a green tea spa pedicure. The staff in the store were very enthusiastic, and I didn’t expect the service was great. I looked forward to coming again next year. Traveling in New York to this store.👍👍👍
I came in from ClassPass yesterday to receive a Gel Manicure + soak off. I had UV Gel and had to pay extra for them to take it off -- not a problem. However, the manager tried to tell me they had the 'cheapest prices' and was in disbelief at what I had paid for my nails (Gel Color + UV Gel + Cat Eye for ~$60. Yes, I know it was a steal!).
