This place is clean and very nice, but don’t go to ROMI to get your eyebrows done, I have been growing them out because someone previously made them uneven and she proceeded to make them uneven again once they were finally starting to look better.
Amazing experience for eyebrow and tinting. Looks so natural!! Very clean place, I will be back. Faye took great care of me for the last 2 years. Highly recommend.
Asked the lady who was going to do my eyebrows to just clean. My eyebrows now look like a different shape. I had a mental breakdown after I left the place. I thought the reviews were valid specifically because there were more good than bad reviews. I have a usual place I go to for my brows but unfortunately my girls were not available. My mistake was not waiting for them to come back and meanwhile cleaning my eyebrows myself. I will never return to this place.
You might as well spend the day there before receiving service . Very unprofessional liars .
