Viv ordered k tip extensions for me for a stylist that was to install them. Long story short, the extensions turned out to not be the correct texture after the stylist installed them and would not work for my texture of hair. The stylist, not affiliated with Viv’s work, admitted to fault being all on Viv. Viv went above and beyond to make this situation right even when the stylist was inflexible to help.
