Many one their employees was lacking tremendously of customer service. Does not want to take any appointments. Went there twice and she did not want to do my eyebrows. I had an appointment and was late for 10 mins but I called and no answer. When I got there she was cleaning windows and told me I was late. RecommendedWent for the first time since the stay at home order. Made my appointment with Mandy, she is so nice and sweet. Got in and out in great timing. Would recommend and will be going again.
Went in there tonight at 8:47pm and was turned away. They said they werent taking any more customers. I think thats poor customer service especially when there hours of operation say until 9pm. I was there before 9 they should have taken me.
My eyebrows looked awesome after they were done!
On point I will recommend this place to anyone who needs to get there eyebrows handled cant.
