The reason I got my Groupon refunded: -Did not get back to me in a reasonable amount of time despite her requesting that I text her to schedule. -Texts me back a week later despite 2 texts and 2 calls. -Texts me back the week that I wanted to schedule after I had texted her a week ago trying to schedule 2 weeks in advance. -The date I requested is likely no longer available likely due to her not scheduling me in advance like I was attempting to do. -Called me twice mid-day just to tell me “No.” Purchased her Groupon and call... read more
