Highly impressed by this Salon in so many ways I drove 45 minutes to get there it was worth it and I would do it all over again. I see myself being a repeat customer.
This is my second time here. My first experience was amazing. This time however, I am unsatisfied. I made an appointment on Wednesday for Sunday at 1pm for a touch up to my extensions. I arrived on Sunday and was told that they assumed I was getting a sew in even though I repeatedly said touch up appointment . I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. It was honestly the worst salon visit I’ve ever had. I was charged $400 for incomplete work and did not even receive the color I requested. Despite booking weeks in advance and sending the hair in for coloring, I ended up spending over 6 hours at the salon. I had taken the day off work to prepare for a wedding the next day, but I was kept waiting while other clients were prioritized. First time at Beauty by Josey and I left the shop feeling beautiful. I got a leave out sew-in and I was washed and blow dried within 40 minutes. Took about 3 hours total. I will be back!!
