Poor service, the worse manicure for a long time, she filed nails in different shape every finger and I was told that it’s because I have a bad nails, than she applied a base unevenly and the color gel looks like a globe

*See photos* I did not enjoy my service at this nail salon. The young woman who did my nails did not seem to be that experienced. She used the e file to remove my gel, which I have had done before at another popular Russian manicure salon in Chicago. She used too much pressure and a grit I found to be too abrasive. I asked her to more careful but ultimately , she caused a crack in my thumb nail and uneven divots in my nail beds. Disappointing experience from start to finish. I called to ask if they do acrylic fills and was told yes, so I made an appointment. When I arrived and had already had my polish taken off, was told the do not, but they have a "strengthening gel" instead. After applying the gel, my technician did not shape it at all so my nail shape can only be described as lumpy.
