First the positive--the staff was friendly and kind. But I had to give this 2 stars because the treatment did not give me any results. I did 4 treatments on my arms for skin tightening and I didn't see any results. When I mentioned this to the tech, she said, you probably need 4 MORE treatments. Maybe it was unrealistic to think that 4 treatments and a few hundred dollars would make my arms look younger, but I had hoped that I would see SOME results.
Nicole was so knowledgeable, warm and engaging! My Hifu treatment gave me fantastic results! Already booked my next skin treatment. Beauty by Design is my spot now, no more shopping around. I felt so pampered and cared for well worth the $ and your time.
I had a wonderful experience here, the spa is immaculate, soothing and comfortable. Both Helen and Nicole, very helpful and wonderful, will be referring my friends.
