Went to Dr Troell a couple times and was Not satisfied with his arrogance or work. Will never go back. Have found another Doctor that is very good and no arrogance.
The vibes at Las Vegas Beauty by Design Med Spa: Bellafill, Botox, CO2 Laser is top notch.
I am left disappointed with a cosmetic procedure by Dr. Troell. He is very dismissive of your concerns and will leave you with noticeable indented scars. I’m now having to get a revision with another provider and won’t be returning to this office ever again. His staff were friendly, but overall I found the experience unprofessional on his part. Be cautious if you value good results and respect, as well as proper follow up care.
I went to Beauty by Design Med Spa on my cousin’s recommendation. She’s a nurse and super cautious about who she trusts with anything cosmetic. She told me, “If you’re doing Botox or anything injectable in Vegas, this is where you go.” She wasn’t wrong. I had Botox, Bellafill, and started Prp treatments.
