Cancelling on me two hours before my appointment is a huge no-go for me. "Getting stuck" in another city and asking me to move my appointment is extremely unprofessional. She knew she had an appointment (days ago) and it is her business. Hasn't even texted me back and I'm supposed to be there in an hour and a half. If i could give no stars I would. Immediately booked with another salon because I don't tolerate that level of unprofessionalism. Incredibly disappointed.
