A close family member had a very disappointing experience with this business, and after everything that happened, I would not recommend it. Based on what I witnessed and what was shared with me, the business appeared to be very disorganized. Appointments were allegedly scheduled without the client’s knowledge or consent, and additional services and fees were added that were never requested or agreed to. The new client experience is an absolute dream. If you're looking to be taken care of, educated, and sent home feeling deeply in love with your hair, you need to book it. Berea was the first person to offer me test locs so I could get a clearer understanding of parting sizes . I did mine at the end of March and I have my loc appointment coming up next week.
