During the procedure, Lauren emphasized multiple times the importance of applying sunscreen post-treatment to protect my skin from sun exposure. However, despite her repeated reminders, she failed to provide me with any sunscreen after the session. I had to remind her ,she assured me she would get it for me. I had such a great experience with Chelsea! She was incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful throughout my entire visit. She set clear expectations and took the time to thoroughly explain the technology and treatment plan. I felt well-informed and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!
The office staff is very friendly and nice. However, the treatment I received for my neck did not work. I got 2 modalities and also tried another after my 9 treatments were up and still very minimal progress. Maybe it's genetics, who knows?
