My hair has never looked this healthy and shiny till I started having Desiree do my hair! She makes sure I have the hair care products I need before leaving and with my migraines, if they’re out of stock, she’ll make sure what I use is ordered and available for my appointment. Stylist shouldn’t tell you 3 days prior that they are good doing your hair and than message you the day before and say oh i forgot to put you on the books... and not offering any solution to still getting your hair done... a little uncalled for if you ask me... she obviously wasn’t comfortable adding low lights to someone’s hair... and purposely booked over me so she could get out of doing my hair instead of just telling me she wasn’t comfortable with doing it.
