HORRIBLE, CRIED THE WHOLE WAY HOME – I had long hair and went in with a picture of what I wanted. I told Tracey - the master stylist - to keep the length of my hair but add the shorter layers on top just like in the picture I brought in. I explained exactly what I wanted clearly and she still gave me a mid neck length bob cut. This is after STOPPING her several time to tell her she was cutting too much. More than satisfied long time customer... – All I can say is my experience since with all the employees at Beauty Brands Salon in Broomfield has been exceptional... and I'm a guy! Everyone I have encountered are more than willing to please and always ready with a smile! It makes me feel much more comfortable (as a guy) walking into an environment that is predominately made up with the fairer gender. best brazilian wax with Jamie W – i got a brazilian wax the other day at Beauty Brands in Lees Summit (rice rd). It was to my surprise, was a good experience. I had Jamie W work on me. It wasn't nearly as painful as i had anticipated. I was told the second time would be the same if not a little bit better.. I like the results of the wax too. I will definitely be going back to Jamie. :)

Wasted a $100 – I went in expecting a great color and hair cut. I was assigned to a salon stylist who had been there for a few months but had 7+ years experience. I didn't know until half my head was covered in color that she as never worked more then three days a week....not really 7 years of experience if you ask me. She MESSED up my color. Heather Mack - Outstanding – I have been going to Heather for years. When she left, I visited her in her new place of business. She has cut and styled my children's hair over time. At one point, my son wanted a mohawk and she did an absolute outstanding job. My daughter is a hair chameleon and Heather delievered each and every time. If the haircut is difficult/technical, I will trust no one else. She is awesome. I recommend her 100%!

Bad hair experience – I've been having my hair light-highlighted for awhile now. I've never had my hair ruined like I did at Beauty Brands. I explained to the sylist the highlights I wanted and gave them a picture of the color. The end highlighted color came out way too dark. It will be difficult to get the hair color corrected without starting over. My hair is now stiff and dry. I had to pay for the wrong color problem. I wouldn't recommend Beauty Brands for hair color.

Quality Costs – I live right near this salon and always take my whole family there. As far as the hair stylist go.......They do have different levels of stylists. Meaning if you want a great hair cut you have to pay for it.($38 hair cut with what they call a "Master") I personally always get a good cut and color with Ken.‎

Very Disappointing – I made an appointment with a "master" stylist and my expectation was a great hair cut and style. This girl was very insecure and it was apparent that she had no more experience cutting hair than I did. It was uneven and she didn't even blend the layers together. At the end she asked if I wanted it blow dried? Why would she even ask...I didn't think I was at Cost Cutters! If Beauty Brands wants to portray themselves as a "high class" salon, they are surely mistaken.

Great Cut & Highlights – I recently moved back to Indy and my old hairdresser moved in the meantime. I had been to Beauty Brands but not for their salon services, but decided to give 'em a try since I was long overdue for a trim. Chelsea was able to take me the same day that I called in, and did an excellent job with my highlights and cut. She listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly that. I'm always hesitant to try out a new stylist, but she was the bomb. I highly recommend her!
