Worst experience ever. Only friendly staff member was the receptionist. Staff not accomodating. Customer Service not worth the money spent. I have been with Beauty Brands for 8 years. Blue Springs location closed unfortunately leaving me to find another styist or go to the Plaza. I thought i would try Independence location. I have visited this location 3 times and have not been happy with the services. This is my last visit. I will never return. Very disappointed in service. I do not recommend this salon.

I've been going to Amy for years. She does an awesome job on my hair! I love her to death. But when I couldn't fit an appointment in with her that week, I asked for someone experienced aka a "Senior Stylist". The woman they set me up BUTCHERED my hair. I asked for a trim, she cut off about 4 inches. My hair wasn't that long and it had been trimmed the month before. It did not need that excessive of an amount of hair cut off. I just love my girl in there! It took me several places and people to find her! I pay alot but she washes cuts and styles my hair and makes it look great. The place is clean and friendly. This is my new spot!
