Wow! My daughter just got her hair done here for prom an hour ago, and her hair is already falling out! Her stylist, Lucia, seemed mad from the start, and clearly she didnnt want to do my daughters hair. Now we’re scrambling an hour before she needs to leave to try and salvage the hairstyle the best we can. I have been a regular customer at this store, but I won’t be back. What a nightmare!
The manager with the last name Davis was very smug and rude to me when I tried to make an exchange. The cashiers are great I just have a problem with the manager who claimed I made up the fact that one of her employees told me over the phone that I can make a return within 4 months. I even showed her proof of the phone call, and was told smugly that I could get something in store for equal value. I’m a loyal customer to them, but not anymore. Don’t treat your customers with disrespect and you may have more business.
Amber did my hair, color, cut, blowout and style. She did an awesome job. Very nice store. Great sales on products. Will go back.
Went in this evening to exchange two shampoos for conditioners. It turns out I was out of the 60 day return policy. The manager and associate on the floor were AWESOME!! They both took the time to help me find a reasonably priced conditioner to get me through until June sale. I was totally impressed with the quality of service I received tonight!! :)
I have been coming here for years and probably will think twice before coming again. The girl that took care of me, her name was dolce, was extremely rude and unpleasant. When I asked for a couple of samples she told me they only had one cup left and sounded aggravated when I asked her for any samples at all. I use the Philosophy skin care line for the past 10 years which I absolutely love.
