If I could give them a zero I would. My husband made me an appointment to get my hair permed, and when you book online it doesn't give you the option of what your hair type is if it's long if it's short for a perm. The service was terrible. The esthetician had no real experience doing the procedure. My daughter left the store with dye all over her face and she refused to remove it because she would take off the dye on the eyebrows. My daughter has had this service done at other facilities multiple times and we have never walked out of a place looking like that. So ridiculous.
Our stylist did an outstanding job and took the time to really help my niece prepare for homecoming and look beautiful. Thank you!!!
