They're cool as hell. I gave 4 instead of 5 because they never answer the phone. Every time my girlfriend wants to check if they do something or if the person she needs is there, she has to drive all the way up there first. The lady that does the braiding shouldn't even have a phone. My sister goes to her, but she has to call around just to reach her.. which sucks because she's good with hair, just not communication. That's our only complaint🫡

Victoria was very sweet, intentional with her work, and calming. She ensured that I was comfortable, and walked me through the entire process. I would book with her again! I was in town visiting and called for an eyelash fill. I was so impressed with the owner’s professionalism and expertise. She was able to correct sone damage a previous technician had caused and gave me some valuable information to pass on to my home technician. I highly recommend them

Wife made reservations on line. When she arrived for appointment the stylist assigned was a “no show”. They offered her 25% off next visit? Not likely
