Very nice staff!
Walked in and luckily they took me right away they had great selection calm peaceful environment they offer a neck massage while you’re getting your manicure, which was great for me cause I have trouble relaxing. I will definitely come back here. I looked out walking into this place.
When I moved to the Upper West Side, I assumed I would shop around all of the nail shops by me before deciding where I wanted my regular spot to be, but there was no need to keep looking after I went to Beauty Box! Every manicure I've had has been exceptional, and I always feel like getting my nails done was money well spent. Every technician here is so good, that I don't even request to see the same person each time I come - something I've always done at all of my past spots. Extremely disappointing experience. I came in expecting professional service and left frustrated with both the quality of the work and how the situation was handled afterward. The nails looked rushed, uneven, and not close to what I requested. What bothered me more was the attitude when I brought up my concerns. Instead of trying to understand or fix the issue, I felt dismissed and spoken to rudely. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what matters when they do.
