I have visited the Shoppers boutique four times, and until today, three of those visits left me deeply disappointed. Despite shopping for premium, high-end products, I repeatedly encountered staff who appeared disengaged and uninterested in providing even a basic level of service. Totally disappointed with the Pharmacy. My wife called yesterday and was told that walk ins were alright for Flu Shots. We drove a little bit out of our way to go here because we thought a bigger Pharmacy would be better. When we got there, there were 3 people working behind the counter including the Pharmacist. But I was told by one of the girls that no we are not doing walk ins. Only on Thursdays and Saturdays, and that no appointments were available either. The manager was nice at first but she gave me attitude and asked me some unnecessary personal questions sarcastically when she was giving me a refund.
