I have been to this shop with hope to find a good product , and came out with a spoiled mood that left me negative all day. Excellent selection of perfumes and awesome service!
Good variety. Park in the underground you have one hour, staffs are friendly. Its the only shoppers in the area unless you go up to south kingsway. Area can be busy avoid during higher hours lots of crazy drivers and taxis booking the roads.
Disappointing and Frustrating Experience! I received a gift with mascara samples, which came with a card to redeem a full-size product after trying them out. When I went to the store to redeem it today, they refused to honor it and told me to contact Customer Service by phone instead. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed by the caller that it’s redeemable using a PLU code (this is clearly written on the gift card). I use to love the staff at the beauty boutique, about a year ago a wonderful woman named Monique helped me out and it was a pleasant experience. Today I came by for a quick trip to pick up some beauty essentials, only to realize there was a woman watching me like a hawk and circling by where I was at least three times before stoping to talk to me.
