The lady works here name Shena so rude and do not respect customer. This is the worst experience I ever have in Canada. She is so Unprofessional with customer. She dose not provide any help and attitude so bad!!! Untrained and very ignorant staff! but very good at making false claims, and lies and failing to scare customers "by calling 911" when a customer wants to refund. The most pathetic staff! I had the worst customer service of the year here! Customers should be treated with honesty and respect. if that's too much to do, then at least be very good lying managers who can be good at convening customers when every word they speak is a lie! The beautyboutique associates were unfriendly when I went to purchase a perfume. I let them know which one I wanted because it was behind a locked display, and they took it to the cashier without saying anything to me the whole time. She was talking loudly to another associate in a different language, and there might have been an issue because I probably stood at the register for 5 minutes before they scanned the perfume.
