It was pretty obvious that they dont want to take return items. Not sure about the policy but this is not stated on the shoppers policy online: Both manager and associate rejected an online order partial return based on the requirement for me to print the order email.
The lady works here name Shena so rude and do not respect customer. This is the worst experience I ever have in Canada. She is so Unprofessional with customer.
