I visited this location intending to purchase a Dyson hair dryer and luxury skincare. Unfortunately, the customer service at the beauty boutique was extremely disappointing. The beauty advisor seemed uninterested in assisting me, and I didn’t feel welcomed as a customer. Because of the experience, I decided not to make my purchase. I hope the customer service can be improved in the future.
Self-service payment cannot be used to recharge shopping cards. I have to wait at the payment counter to settle my payment. The person in front of me who bought lottery tickets took about 15 minutes. Can't you be more flexible and add another cashier?
The male pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful. His attitude was very unfriendly and unprofessional.
You call this a customer service place? Because I can’t! I entered and was browsing and grabbing products for 30 minutes without any acknowledgement — no hi, no hello, no “if you need any help, let me know!” When you're ready to pay, you have to wait another 10 minutes because literally no one is in the boutique!
