Staff working at skin care area with scarf is impolite and arrogant. She makes my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. I asked her few questions, she responded impatiently. She said “I don’t know why this is unclear” . Ah Nice, please let the supervisor ask her why she makes answers so unclear! So guys, as a customer, we are not welcome to ask anything unclear. We are expected to be as knowledgeable as a paid staff when you walk into this area.

I recently visited this store to check out some perfumes, but my experience was disappointing. The fragrance samples are kept behind the counter, so you have to ask for assistance. When I did, the staff member who helped me seemed unwilling and unenthusiastic, as if they were doing me a favor rather than assisting a customer.
