Disappointing experience picking up an online beauty order. I politely asked for perfume samples after purchasing two fragrances, and was met with a condescending tone and unnecessary lecturing in front of staff by the Beauty Manager. The issue wasn’t about samples, it was about basic kindness and professionalism. Customer service should feel welcoming, not embarrassing.

Honestly has to be one of the worst places to call. They say to call if you have a question about your prescription and NOBODY answers. I once drove there from my house with the phone still on hold and I could hear “pharmacy 101 please, pharmacy 101”

Staff at this beauty boutique location is very rude and harsh. I prefer going to Appleby location in Burlington where staff is very nice and welcoming.

I genuinely hate buying fragrance here. They won’t leave you alone and just stand behind you while you shop. So irritating. I purposely will buy somewhere else when they do this. It’s happened on multiple occasions.
