worst experience went to pay for 2 gift cards for my family and the worker heather L scan the wrong cards and they couldnt do anything about it . called the manager they didnt take accountability nor apologize for the worker mistake . wasted 100 dollars and cant get that back

The staff named Lawrence L is very rude. I was checking out items with my mom for a bonus redemption event and when asking questions about the transaction, Lawrence first had a blank stare on his face. It seemed that he was unwilling to give an answer. When he finally answered us, it was unhelpful and included belittling comments. He further undermined our intelligence by bellowing loudly, "Everyone needs to pay tax in Canada!" as if we didn't understand that concept. Worst shoppers of my life, they had like at least 8 staff members not even busy, I took time on my lunch break and paid for an Uber to get a passport photo done. They charged me and then said noone actually feels comfortable taking the photo for me. Don't offer it and waste my time in that case
