The staff named Lawrence L is very rude. I was checking out items with my mom for a bonus redemption event and when asking questions about the transaction, Lawrence first had a blank stare on his face. It seemed that he was unwilling to give an answer. When he finally answered us, it was unhelpful and included belittling comments. He further undermined our intelligence by bellowing loudly, "Everyone needs to pay tax in Canada!" as if we didn't understand that concept. 服務態度太差，人不干活只站在旁邊，這樣的服務態度，關門大吉吧！我不知道，你是业主你有怎樣的感覺。我不一定非要到你这買東西。我后悔当時沒有拍上视頻。

Worst shoppers of my life, they had like at least 8 staff members not even busy, I took time on my lunch break and paid for an Uber to get a passport photo done. They charged me and then said noone actually feels comfortable taking the photo for me. Don't offer it and waste my time in that case
