Yesterday afternoon, my friend and I went to purchase a perfume. Unfortunately, no staff members were available to assist us. Even after asking security to call someone, nobody came. Later, when we tried to get the attention of a passing staff member, she completely ignored us and walked away. Her behavior was not only unhelpful but also very rude.
Terrible service, no one staffing cash registers at all, no service oriented staff, couldn't buy sun glasses to wear out as they didn't even want to let me use their scissors to cut the tags off after I bought them, so I didn't.
