Extremely rude and impolite staff, the way the lady screamed at customers for touching the makeup. It was painful to watch. I was there to get a mascara for myself. She approached me and rudely asked what I wanted. I politely told her that I was just looking for a mascara. In a very loud voice she told me to not try on the tester.
