I had my first appointment with Nikki for a lash lift and tint this afternoon. I was very relaxed and Nikki was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I left there feeling like I was very educated on the process and exactly what she was doing when she was doing it. I had just met her at the BB Open House on Saturday and didn't expect to be able to have my lashes down for a while - but luckily she had a cancellation today and was able to squeeze me in right before the holiday!!!
