I always go to this beauty supply store because it is convenient and closest to home. However, I will not be going back there ever again. Yesterday evening, I purchased a pair of eyelashes however, when I attempted to use them the next morning before work, it was as if they were super glued to the plastic which caused them to tear. The items in that store has been marked up & it’s ridiculous. The lady behind the register (which I’m assuming is the owner) got upset because I pointed it out but she knows it’s true. I’d truly advise people in the community to go somewhere else. I know time’s are hard but marking up the price almost 80% is not okay.

I just had the worse experience in the history of customer service. I recently purchased a hair gel from this store, which I was familiar with and expected to be in good condition. Unfortunately, when I opened the container, I found that the gel was cloudy, had a rancid smell, and looked as if it had been used. I purchased hair for my mom at least 6 times from this store. I always show them them a picture of the hair label and they give it to me. Most recently I purchased it and they gave me the incorrect hair. When I went back to exchange it the owner and the employee who assisted me with the purchase NOT only pretended not to remember the transaction but outright refused an exchange after I told her Inhad the receipt. Great customer service! The owner is likeable and appreciative. She occasionally gives you a free gift when you buy. My favorite beauty supply shop.
