Very bad, very bad service! I mention Mrs. Rocio! Let her not forget that customer service is essential for a workplace that offers these services. When we go to a place like this, as a customer, we only want fair treatment, and that is why we are supposed to make an appointment by phone before arriving. Have been getting my haircut here for the past 6 years. I Always leave happy with the results. (Mid fade + beard) Great prices and great service. The owner is amazing! 🤩 I’d recommend calling and making an appointment if you do not like waiting. It can get busy at times even though they can have up to 5 people cutting hair.

Went in this place to get a long layered bob, and I came out with everything completely uneven. They didn't listen to my requests, and they did what they wanted. He ended up taking way more off than was needed as they kept messing it up. Now, it is still choppy and way shorter than I wanted! I'm not at all convinced that they know how to handle a woman's hair cut with straight fine hair.
