Such perfect experience
got my eye brows tidied and shaped and no other place has ever got them exactly how I wanted them first time! Very professional, listened to what I wanted, checked in with me to make sure, ended up perfect! Will definitely be back!
The service and everything is great. Place is neat and tidy but when I was getting my nails done, the lady kept telling me repeatedly my choice of design was too complicated and unpractical. And too long. The design was not too complicated nor too long at all. She kept (quite repeatedly) saying no one gets nails like this. That was quite annoying.
From the moment I walked in the door I received a warm welcome by Nurse Juliette. It was comforting to be given the time to go through each treatment and have an answer to all my questions without feeling rushed. She listened to my concerns and showed genuine care about what I was hoping to achieve. Her knowledge and confidence especially when talking about treatment for my face was reassuring as I have been unsure about antiwrinkle injections.
