Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I forgot and missed an appointment - to which as I was profusely apologizing, she asked me if I own a calendar!! Upon checking, I noted she had booked me on a wrong date and my appointment was a day prior! She insisted I was wrong- I only have one weekday off, so I would not book on the date I am scheduled to work! So in essence if I would have shown up she would not have seen me..
