Went January 13th close to 2pm. I usually come here bc they do a great job but this time I was disappointed. I was left with cuts on both sides of my eyes. There was not acknowledgement about what they did just gave me the mirror and asked if I liked and was left speechless. No apology or anything :(

Zara the lady works there treats customers like money, not human beings. If you want a full face service on a Saturday or Sunday, forget it — she will turn you away because eyebrows are faster and make more money. There is no integrity or respect for the job. Not recommended at all.

If I could give negative stars I would but sadly 1 star is the only option. If you care about your eyebrows, do not come here. I came here to get my eyebrows done and the technician made them very thin. After taking almost a year to grow them back, I made the mistake of returning and chose a different employee. I specifically told her I only wanted a clean-up and that I wanted to keep the thickness of my brows. She said okay. When she finished, my eyebrows were thin again. I don't recommend them; they say they open at 10 and arrive at 11, and when you call them, they say they're arriving in 5 minutes, but they never show up.
