If I could leave a zero I would. Just left this place and they completely ruined my eyebrows. I advise the lady before she even started that I wore my eyebrow thick and not to take a lot off. What I ended up getting is overly plucked eyebrows exactly what I told her NOT TO DO!! I have naturally thick eyebrows which I wanted to keep!! Love this place, all the ladies are very good and fast at what they do. Like any other beauty service, it's helpful to yourself and the threaders to be specific about the look you are trying to achieve.
Made my eyebrows way too thin. Took half my eyebrow thickness off and will take forever to grow back
We were waiting in line for our turn and the individual that came after us simply jumped the line, and the worker did nothing but let them go ahead. Have some respect!
