Highly recommend the light therapy dry sauna. I suffered a whiplash injury to my neck 20yrs ago. The sauna loosens everything up and i love feeling that snap crackle pop of alignment as i stretch during my sessions. Loving the special extras too. Cooling facial towel, variety of aroma therapy oils to choose from, and more.
