I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Dina, and I feel compelled to share them. She has been consistently rude and arrogant. On several occasions, she yelled at me for issues that were her own mistakes—like giving me the wrong hair color, then fixing it only after realizing the ends didn’t match. During one visit, she actually yelled at me in the middle of a haircut. On another, she gave my mom a very choppy, uneven haircut that looked rushed and careless.
