I called to see if they have a product and someone answered in a different language and was very rude and not listening, talking to someone else in the background, and I just got turned off. Poor customer service on my first time.
The bundles I got had minimal to no shedding at all and the quality of hair was amazing!!!! I will definitely be buying from here again.
