I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was told the waiting time would be 10–15 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. I had my eyebrows done after a long time and was hoping for a nice shape, but unfortunately they were completely ruined. The process was very painful. I asked the staff member to use powder, but she continued working very fast and carelessly.
