We arrived around 4:45 PM, and there was a staff member available. However, we were immediately told that we wouldn't be able to get any service because they were closing in 15 minutes. My friend only needed eyebrow threading, which normally takes 10 minutes or less. She gets it done regularly, and it has never taken longer than that, by those staff members. Very poor customer service
I’ve been seeing Simran for years for my eyebrow threading, and she’s truly amazing. She’s incredibly precise and always does a fantastic job. Anytime I’m back in town, I make it a point to visit her, she never disappoints!
