Poor check-in experience—no clear system, reservation wasn’t reviewed, and I wasn’t guided or made to feel welcome. Overall communication was very difficult without Google Translate…and the space didn’t feel clean. At least stylist was nice.
Had a poor experience there today. I went with an appointment for a specific technician and they gave me a different person because I could see my requested person was starting a pedicure with a different client. They gave me no acknowledgement of this mistake. The service felt sloppy and at the end they were very rushed to the point that I had to point out several mistakes (uneven borders, unpainted spots, paint on the skin) in order for them to fix them.
