Horrible. I walked out with very ugly hair. They are cheats/swindlers. They did a bait & switch. I askd for chunky highlights. My highlights were 3 different colors and i knew it would be a challenge. Instead of doing chunk highlights which take 2 hours from start to finish since my hair is not very long, she did these teeny tiny highlights that tool 6 hours and it looks like all over color. Very disappointed with service. I came here the second time. First time owner Lihn very rude but I think she not feeling good this why she have running nose. Today I have appointment at 5:30 I start driving to make sure I on time special lot of roads closed because crisis in Orange county with that tank chemical. She text me to come at 5:45. Lingh is wonderful! Her work is consistent, and it shows in every picture! She really transformed my hair by giving it a fresh layered cut with just enough layers to have shape even on my days off. My hair is easy to style now, and I feel fantastic!! Thank you Lingh!!
I searched high and low for this salon and I am so thankful I found Trang and Linh. Upon arriving, Trang asked what cut I wanted, I showed her the pictures and what I wanted to fix on my current haircut. The whole experience was so relaxing and enjoyable.
