Unfortunately, if I could give 0 stars I would. I hate to even write this review but it’s gotta be done because of the day I’ve had. Initially I reached out on a Monday via text because she does not take phone calls to get my daughter’s hair done. An appointment was set for Tuesday the next day at 5:30pm. If I could give 10 starts I would!! Going to Beautique Hair Lounge was the best experience at any salon I've been to. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. She got us right in and was very flexible with scheduling. The atmosphere was private, comfortable, and clean. My teenager has VERY thick textured hair and Queeta laid it down like no other, Her hair is flowing!!! My experience is different than others. She was recommended by a mutual friend. My schedule is pretty flexible, so rather than me giving her times that I’m available, I allowed her to find a spot that she has available and I would be there. She provided me with an appointment date and time. The day of the appointment she called to reschedule me for the following day, which was still fine because I wasn’t busy at the time.
