The head spa with an upgrade was heaven. An hour and a half of a facial, scalp scrub and conditioning, steam, and head and hand massages. I felt relaxed and my skin, scalp, and hair fell so soft. We will be back!
My wife and I went for the detox head spa, and this is probably the fist time I’ve ever done a Groupon and thought “wow, this is 100% worth the full priced cost. Jamuna did our treatment and was absolutely incredible. While the head was the focus, it also included a facial, back, shoulder and hand massage. The space was clean and cozy, and we went on a Sunday and it was quite quiet and peaceful. It was such a luxurious spa treatment and will definitely go back!
Avoid this place at all costs unless you want a rough head "massage", undress in front of your technician, and zero communication. Tried to remedy things with them but they refuse to take any accountability. They will gaslight and say that you had the chance to speak up during the service, blame the weather, or outright ignore you.
Had Amy for the 90-min head spa and she was great. My face and scalp feel so refreshed. The products are pretty heavily fragranced, which I didn’t mind, but just be careful if you have sensitive skin. Also, I wish there was a bit more consideration for noise… the curtains between the head spa stations are honestly fine because you only get noise when someone else comes in to start their session and it’s pretty brief, but there’s constant noise from the other parts of the salon— talking, radio/music, etc.. a door between the ... read more
