Did not acknowledge I was even in the shop, so I left.
My bestie went to this place to get a colour + cut. Unfortunately, they did not listen to what she wanted or the concerns she had about her hair. The colour wasn’t anywhere close to what she asked for (brighter), and the cut itself was done poorly and they cut it the way they wanted instead of listening to her, even actively disagreeing with her concerns. Hate saying this, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend going here, at least not until people who listen to the client are hired”
