I’ve been going to Melinda for over 10 years now and do not see myself going anywhere else. Best massage in Colorado Springs and I’ve been to several over the years. Great prices and the atmosphere is very relaxing
Started off with a Groupon, then decided to purchase two packages from her. Her scheduling is so whacked! I could never get in to get what I paid for. I did have a couple no shows, and I agreed to pay her no show fee of $30, but the rest were scheduling conflicts on her end. When I complained and asked my bank to dispute the payment to her she lied and told Square (her bank) that I signed an agreement regarding refunds. What? I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Purchased a Groupon and she didn't have any open dates. I would not recommend as far as customer service. I was so aggravated it wouldn't even have been worth getting the massage
Amazing masseuse and great price! Schedule in advance though because she is busy busy!
