Dr Wayne was my dentist even before he opened this new location in Bronx few years ago. He did good dental works to me and he was always friendly. I am so surprised lately at the manners of the people he hired for his new place. A very rude and impolite receptionist. To me, a successful business is a professional and well mannered staff which the doctor failed to choose.
