Had a truly odd experience here. New to the area, needed to find a dentist. Made an appointment months in advance. I showed up for my appointment to find the front door unlocked but all the lobby lights off and seemingly nobody in the building. I was assigned this dentist first of the year. I've called them four times to schedule a cleaning -- calls go straight to voicemail and no one returns calls.

The staff here is unprofessional and do not have the courtesy to call a patient to reschedule or at least give them notification that they will not be seen. Rather they force you to go else where. Do not waste your time. They apparently have staffing issues. According to the rude receptionist who answers the phone and tells you that you will not be seen because they don’t have enough staff to assist new patients. Don’t worry I changed my PCP Dentist.

If I could give this people a 0 star I would, do not waste your time with them, they schedule appointments and when you show up they say you are not on the schedule, I have taken my family to this dentist and everyone is clueless of what they are doing.
