I showed up and the people that greeted me were extremely pleasant and knowledgable in doing their business. The man instructed me what products to use and how to wash the rags and care for them. Also, I didn't know that they had a variety of other products as well! As an auto detailer I rely on good rags and they showed me rags and quality towels as well. I was definitely impressed and will go back, a customer for life!
