Jamie has been cutting my hair for about 25 years. She has always done a great job! I would never go to anyone else.
I was disappointed with my experience. I understand that businesses have cancellation and deposit policies, but I felt there was very little empathy or flexibility when I had to miss my appointment because of severe weather and unexpected childcare responsibilities. What bothered me most was the response I received, which felt dismissive rather than understanding. Jamie, the owner, is awesome. She always does a great job on my hair! Always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and to give me tips on how to care for my hair! Won’t go anywhere else!!
