To the Owner of Beautiful Nails, I am writing because I had a very bad experience during my recent visit. I was treated rudely by multiple staff members, and the quality of my services was unacceptable. PEDICURE (Kelly) Kelly kept leaving my service to answer the phone, which made my appointment take much longer than it should have. Nail tech did the bare minimum, didn’t rub or massage my legs though it said it was included , commented on my nails being bad and just generally wasn’t pleasant and as soon as I paid she brushed me off and wasn’t very helpful Lack of customer service I will not be going back
