Despite the drive time, I gladly return for Kim’s outstanding work! She is very sweet, professional and knowledgeable about nail care. I will definitely be back.
I have been a loyal customer for some time. Recently, Kim’s brother did my nails, and within just two days, the gel polish began peeling. Additionally, my acrylic nails started chipping even though it had not yet been a week since the service. I returned to the salon in hopes of receiving a resolution, given I’m a loyal customer. However, Kim refused to provide service and placed the blame on me for the issues with my nails. She ultimately banned me from the salon due to a mistake on their part.
